“I am grateful to have been shown a step by step process to clear my clutter. What was once a big mountain to climb, is now a small hill. Bettina and Casey are both experts in their respective fields, making them the perfect team. Addressing the emotions underlying our difficulty with letting go of stuff was brilliant. They both put their whole heart into this work, gently guiding us to our goal. I’m so glad I joined this program!”

—A.T.

“I cannot say enough good about the Conquer Your Clutter Program. I have what may appear to be a neat home. The reality is that every closet, cabinet, and dresser along with the attic, garage and basement, were unorganized and overflowing. This caused me anxiety and a sense of being overwhelmed for as long as I can remember. Little did I know, that I have been carrying a boatload of limiting beliefs from my childhood – beliefs that kept me holding on to unneeded stuff. Casey and Bettina helped me to get in touch with the reasons why I couldn’t to let go. Before I could clean up around me, I had to start from within!”

— Nelly Lyons

“Before, my home office was cluttered with piles of papers, books, and too many things. It felt heavy and overwhelming. Now it’s energizing, calm and pleasant. I can focus better.

“Combining organizing expertise together with tapping is brilliant. Bettina’s organizing system and extensive knowledge, paired with Casey’s expert tapping guidance, was an ideal format. Thank you both for your dedication and healing support.”
