Hi Bettina, I wanted to update you on the status at our house. The “for sale” sign in our yard now has a smaller sign over it that reads “under contract”! Things are falling into place just as you predicted. Oh me of little faith. Since you have been such an integral part of this process, I wanted to share the good news. Your positive energy is worth its weight in gold.
Thanks again for all your help. Not sure how we would have done it without you & your team!

Hi Bettina, Many thanks to you and Will for all your help getting our house ready for the market!! Your jumping in to clean, caulk, paint and do whatever was needed, was beyond amazing.
Our place looked awesome for photos (the photographer was impressed), she even took pics of the bathroom and it’s super clean grout.

Hi Bettina, We are officially under contract and the closing is set for the end of month. We could not be here without the help of you and your team.
I also love your Life Simplified newsletter. That’s how I feel now in my house! Room for everything. Simple to put things away, easier to keep clean, quicker to find things. Thank you for the reminder that we do not need things to be happy!
—Kim Williams
Bettina, I think your posts are awesome. You are so positive and lovely! I usually delete the e-zines I’m sent (even the positive ones) to preserve time for my family. But my interest is always piqued when yours pops up.
Thanks for inspiring me and so many others!
—Carolyn
Bettina, I receive many blogs and eNewsletters to stay connected with peers and best practices in my line of work – coaching, leadership development and training. In an effort to clean up my inbox and the clutter it creates in my mind, I have been unsubscribing to many of them lately.
I just had to tell you that your blog has “made the cut”, so to speak. I make a point to read yours, and I am glad I do! You infuse wisdom, humor and good old fashioned common sense while giving us tips and perspective that helps us clear our heads and spaces of unnecessary “stuff.” I appreciate you, and just had to let you know!
